PowerShield®
PowerShield MM (Multi-Metal) VCI papers are engineered to protect critical ferrous and non-ferrous metal combinations, including cadmium and zinc-galvanised steel. It is well-suited for wrapping and protecting steel and cast iron during transport, warehouse storage, and in-process manufacturing.
- Components are protected from corrosion through contact and proximity wrapping; this eliminates the requirement to apply protective oils or greases prior to packaging. The clean, dry metal substrate attracts the VCI molecules via polarity.
- High-quality natural kraft paper saturated with Daubert Europe's ferrous, nitrite-free VCI formulation.
- Options for integrated barrier coatings, including specialised polyethylene lamination, are available upon technical request.
