Thin Daubrite® Disk Emitters Designed for Enclosed Spaces

Ultra-thin Daubrite® VCI disk emitters provide targeted corrosion protection for exposed metals inside electronic, electrical, and telecommunications enclosures.

These distinctive Daubrite® disks feature a compact profile measuring 2 3/16" in diameter and up to ¼" in height, allowing them to be easily integrated into space-restricted housings.

  • Daubrite® 5 Disk: Formulated to protect up to 5 cubic feet (5 ft3 / approx. 0.14 m3) of enclosed space.
  • Daubrite® 10 Disk: Formulated to protect up to 10 cubic feet (10 ft3 / approx. 0.28 m3) of enclosed space.
  • Straightforward installation. Simply peel off the protective adhesive strip backing and press the emitter firmly onto a clean, flat surface, such as the inner lid of a junction box or control panel.
  • Protective VCI vapours volatilise within the sealed environment to protect components against oxidation for up to 2 years under standard operating conditions.
  • Provides clean, dry protection effective on steel, copper, zinc, and multi-metal assemblies without leaving residues on sensitive electronic contact points.
