Woven Coated Fabric with VCI
Nox-Rust® Poly Wrap VCI all-poly fabric is designed for wrapping steel coils, steel sheeting, and industrial equipment requiring combined mechanical and corrosion protection. Its 100% woven polyolefin structure and specialized polyolefin coatings provide high tear strength and robust abrasion resistance.
Technical Performance Attributes:
- Lightweight fabric is durable, flexible, and folds easily, yet is engineered to withstand the mechanical stresses encountered when packaging heavy steel coils.
- Tight weave construction and specialized impermeable poly coating on each side provide an excellent barrier against moisture and water vapour transmission.
- Formulated to protect carbon steel, galvanised steel, stainless steel, aluminium, and brass during industrial storage and export.
- The inner surface of the fabric is integrated with proprietary VCI chemistry designed to actively protect the metal surface against rust and oxidation.
- Composed of a mono-material polyolefin structure compatible with standard mechanical recycling streams where local collection infrastructure exists.
